  • Update / Change your Timezone on Tegsoft
Estimated reading time: 1 min

There are occasional changes in the time zone for different countries/regions. These changes affect the TEGSOFT system at 3 different points.

The server system (CDR, Voice recording file creation, Backup times, etc.)

Database time definitions where the activities on Tegsoft screens are processed

Recorded time/time displayed on terminals (phones, gateway devices, etc.)

Since the arrangements related to the server system and screens can be produced faster, the solution can be solved by updating, but firmware, etc. for the terminals. to be expected. In this context, it is expected that the following steps will be applied to undergo a smooth time zone change and to be least affected. These steps will update the server system clock information. For phones, it will be necessary to change the time zone settings.

For server and user-end section
