This document gives you guidance with Zoho CRM – Tegsoft integration.
Log in to the Tegsoft web interface.
CC Management  — > Integrations Parameters   —> Press hit the + button and create a new integration.

If you click the integration parameters you will see this screen.

Mandatory fields for Zoho connection parameters.

This section is related to the calls and all fields are mandatory.
Name: ZohoPopup
Login Url :
Call Offer URL : Zoho://state=ringing
Popup URL : Zoho://state=answered
After call Url : Zoho://state=ended

PS: At the beginning, all fields must be blank

Popup URL:

 (Login URL and Offer URL it’s same for all customers, these details given by tegsoft)
Please do not assign an agent or status for these parameters.

PS: At the beginning, Pop-up, After call and notes fields must be blank
After these steps, change the tegsoft URL like in the example;
Please log in to your Zoho CRM account before the clinking the link

(http://TEGSOFT_SERVER_IP/Tobe/app/ApplicationServlet?externalService=zohoActivateUsercode) After clicking the link you will see the ApiKey screen.
Please hit the link.
After clicking the link you must see this screen

Please hit the accept button

After all these steps now you will able the click the call function.
PS: This function works with the URL requests. URL must have a valid https certificate and URL must be reachable(Real IP) from the ZOHO side.
Lastly, Please check the ZohoApiConfig parameters under the Integration parameters.
Now you can use the ZOHO CRM and Click the call function.
