DHCP Settings

In order for IP phones to be set up automatically, settings must be made on the DHCP server. The settings to be made under the heading Configurations are explained. It refers to the settings to be made according to the manufacturer’s instructions on the servers that do not specify the brand model as the title. Settings and implemented instructions for different brands and models of DHCP servers experienced over time will be included in titles.

Configuration

TFTP Server IP – Option 66 VOIP Server IP – Option 150

ADSL MODEM DHCP SERVER

According to searching results, You can’t configure option settings on a normal ADSL modem. If possible, please turn off the DHCP Server on the modem and please follow the settings under the Tegsoft DHCP Server settings section.

CISCO DHCP SERVER

MICROSOFT DHCP SERVER

TEGSOFT DHCP SERVER

In the beginning, the DHCP Server comes to deactivate. You have to install it with the instructions below, the service is set up via internet access. After the installation, the necessary settings are completed and activated. There are also instructions for disabling it.

SETUP

yum -y install dhcp

Configuring the Settings

You must configure this document as we explain the below in the table.vi /etc/dhcpd.conf
