Access to Voice Recording File

Tegsoft enables access to files that is recorded by voice recording system via HTTP protocol.

The URL format used for access is given below.

http://TEGSOFT_SERVERIP/Tobe/app/ApplicationServlet?externalService=downloadRecording&usercode=USERCODE&clearpassword=PASSWORD&uniqueid=UNIQUEID

TEGSOFT_SERVERIP is the server address where Tegsoft system is installed (such as 192.168.47.207, 10.45.119.21).

usercode: User code that is authorized to call webservice
password, passwordaes, or clearpassword: The user password field.
uniqueid: The unique number of the voice recording file.

If an error has occurred, the following texts can be read from the page as response.

ERROR-usercode is null. : This error message occurs, if the user code is null.
ERROR-password is null. password,passwordaes or clearpassword must be specified.: This error message occurs, if the password is null.
ERROR-uniqueid is null.: It is the unique Id of voice recording file.
ERROR-INVALID USERCODE OR PASSWORD: User code or password is wrong.
ERROR-INVALID uniqueid recording can not be found.: There is no records for the specified unique number.
ERROR-INVALID calldate recording can not be found.: There is no records for the specified unique number.
ERROR-NORECORDING-Audiofile can not be found.: Voice recording file cannot be accessed.

If there is no error, it starts to download the voice file in application/zip or audio/mpeg format.

If the voice recording file is a single file, the download starts in MP3 format. If the voice recording file is more than one file, the compressed files in ZIP format can be accessed.
